On 16 September, the Park Quadrant site preferred developer (Expresso Property) held a ‘public consultation’ in St. Silas Church, Woodlands.
Within days the developer’s website (http://www.expressoproperty.co.uk) which included artist’s rendering of the proposed designs disappeared.
